Disney’s Castaway Cay, is a private island reserved exclusively for Disney Cruise Line guests and is located in the Bahamas and the best part, when you arrive at Castaway Cay, you are the only Disney Ship visiting the island, so you have the whole island to yourself which means you have more of the crystal blue water and white powdery sand all to yourself!

Our Top 5 Insider Tips For Castaway Cay
  1. Disney designed Castaway Cay with a Shipwreck theme to resemble a castaway community.  Pirates and shipwreck themes can be spotted throughout the island, so be sure to explore and keep an eye out for our favorite Pirate Captain Jack Sparrow.
  2. There is a post office on the island! Here you can send a postcard to your friends and family back home! Each postcard will feature a special Castaway Cay stamp – a unique and fun souvenir for family and friends. Make sure you bring cash because your Key to the World card does not work here. Pro Tip:  Send one to yourself for a fun memory!
